रामगढ़ जिले का बोंजरा गांव। एक छोटा सा आदिवासी बहुल गांव जहाँ मुंडा, उरांव और सोरेन परिवार कई पीढ़ियों से गैरमजरूआ ज़मीन पर खेती करते आ रहे हैं। यह ज़मीन सरकारी रिकॉर्ड में भले ही किसी के नाम पर दर्ज न हो, लेकिन इन ग्रामीणों के लिए यह उनका जीवन है।

Over the years, local land agents manipulated records and sold the same piece of land multiple times through online registry. These frauds were done without the knowledge or consent of those who had been living and farming there for decades.

जब आदिवासी आवाज़ की टीम गांव पहुंची, तो गांव वालों से बात कर पूरी स्थिति को समझा।
“हम तो बाबा-दादा के टाइम से यहीं हैं, लेकिन अब कागज़ किसी और के नाम है,” – एक बुजुर्ग महिला ने रोते हुए कहा।
Adiwasiawaz team visited the village and spoke to farmers, elders, and youth. Many were unaware that their land had been fraudulently sold online. We organized gram sabhas, distributed awareness leaflets, and initiated petitions for land verification.
आंदोलन और प्रशासन पर दबाव

टीम ने ग्रामसभा के सहयोग से पदयात्रा की, ज़िला समाहरणालय में प्रदर्शन किया, और प्रेस कांफ्रेंस की। इस दबाव के बाद, प्रशासन ने पहली बार जांच शुरू की। कई फर्जी दस्तावेज़ सामने आए और दलाल गांव से भाग गए।
With collective efforts, protest rallies and official complaints, the issue gained media attention. The district administration initiated an inquiry, and some middlemen fled. The case became a turning point for local land rights movements.
ग्रामसभा की ताकत और एकजुटता
The Power of Gram Sabha and Unity
यह घटना बताती है कि अगर ग्रामसभा संगठित हो, और लोगों को अपने अधिकारों की जानकारी हो, तो कोई भी भ्रष्टाचार अधिक दिन नहीं टिक सकता। अब बोंजरा गांव की महिलाएं, बुज़ुर्ग और युवा — सब मिलकर अपनी ज़मीन के लिए लड़ रहे हैं।
This case proves that an aware and united gram sabha can defeat any kind of injustice. Today, the villagers of Bonjara are more aware and stronger in their stand for land ownership.
